At Zubi’s Diamond & Fine Jewelers, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions for accepting and processing cancellations.
Cancellation Eligibility
Order Cancellation
- Standard items can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production begins. These items are final sale unless defective or due to an error on our part.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
- Once production starts on custom or made-to-order items, the order is final and non-cancelable. This includes items requiring engraving, resizing, or other personalization.
Cancellation Process
Contact Us for Cancellation
- To cancel an order, contact us promptly at contact@zubisdiamonds.com or call (352) 662-9824. Include your order number and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation Confirmation
- We will confirm if your order is eligible for cancellation based on its processing status. If the order has been shipped or is in production, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Refund Process
- If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Orders already shipped or in production may not qualify for refunds and will be subject to our Return Policy.
Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to cancellations after processing for non-custom items.
Order Changes
- Contact us immediately for changes to your order. Changes may not be possible after processing or shipping.
Shipping Charges
- If cancellation occurs after shipping, shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or supply chain disruptions.
Legal Rights and Jurisdiction
This policy complies with Florida State Law and U.S. Federal Law. It does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws.
