Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most items in their original, unworn condition, including all packaging, tags, and certificates.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and non-returnable unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are customized, engraved, or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

  • We will assist with a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
